DR DAVID MCRAE

Dr David McRae (Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science) Bachelor of Chiropractic Science) graduated at RMIT 1997, and quickly sought about finding ways to improve the healthcare standards for practitioners by considering all facets concerned with healthcare, that is, physical, chemical and emotional stress on the body.

He has a keen interest in fitness and nutrition, and family healthcare. He also enjoys caring for animals. Dr. McRae enjoys swimming, cycling and wishes that everyone can enjoy the benefits of optimum health.

DR ANTOINETTE KOPKE

Dr Antoinette Kopke (Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science) Bachelor of Chiropractic Science) graduated from RMIT in 1996. She has been in practice around the inner eastern suburbs shortly after graduation. She is certified in Applied Kinesiology and utilises many techniques (both manual and low force) to deliver a personal approach to healthcare.

Dr. Kopke has a special interest in sporting injuries, women's health and helping people of all ages to be the best they can be, through correct body alignment, nutrition and exercise.

PETER EVES

Peter Eves first became involved in Massage Therapy in 1986 when completed training in Oriental Massage at the Melbourne School of Tactile Therapies. He then moved on to study Deep Tissue massage and became an ATMS registered remedial Massage Therapist 1996.  His other studies have incorporated Neuro Structural Technique (a form of Bowen Therapy) and more recently MyoFascial Dry Needling. He has also completed numerous courses at the College of Natural Medicine (currently known as Endeavour College) in Nutrition and Herbal medicine. Peter has worked at numerous clinics and has become the resident remedial masseur at Lifestyle Healthcare.He has had a very strong interest in natural therapies for the past 20 years and his interests include mindfulness meditation, brain neuroplasticity, body-mind-emotion connection, paleo/Primal lifestyle and Tai Chi. In particular his interest and participation in Paleo lifestyle/diet has lead to completion of a Certificate IV in Nutritional Food Coaching in late 2013.

Peter has had a long involvement with Lifestyle Healthcare spanning some 16 years plus and has worked with  numerous health conditions from muscle and joint pain, low back, hip and shoulder issues, to managing stress and much more. He combines a number of techniques in treating clients involving deep tissue massage, trigger point work, myofascial dry needling, vacuum cupping therapy and soft tissue release. Each client's treatment is tailored to their specific requirements whether that be a gentle relaxing or deep tissue massage.

Peters other interests include Buddhism, science fiction, good coffee, ancestral movement exercise, reading books.

BRYAN KENT

Bryan Kent graduated from RMIT as a Myotherapist in 2005. He has also graduated with a double Master in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 2015. Bryan got into the healthcare industry when he moved to Australia from Ireland, having spent 11 years working in IT.

Bryan’s main interest is the assessment, treatment and management of muscular conditions, but since becoming a father to his two girls, he is particularly passionate about using Chinese Medicine to help treat fertility issue in women and men. He is anavid supporter football (the world game), rugby and hurling, history and health, but most of all, family.

Bryan has also had his brush with fame, treating Lady Gaga and Charlie Sheen. He’ll be happy to regale/bore you with many stories!
